A motel with a broken air conditioner and no elevator on the second floor is acceptable. However, the car parking area is not in front of the room. The light in the bathroom is also broken. After check-in, they were off work and could not change the room and there was no one to provide service. The experience was terrible.

Apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and chatty.
I would definitely recommend it others and i will return there when next in Collie

Great stay
Just one night but lovely stay. Great on site parking and self contained units were great.
Had a very nice dinner at the restaurant on site. Very friendly staff. Would certainly go back for a return visit.

Not one speck of dirt to be seen. Not one stain from calcium or mould in the bathroom. Not one sign of dirt in the oven, microwave,fridge or stove. The floors are immaculate as are the beds and pillows. I actually got suspicious and ran my hands over the top of doors etc and guess what…. Not one bit of dust anywhere. I can always fault something regarding cleanliness but not this time no matter how hard I tried! 🙈 I am sitting in the room writing this and am blown away by how clean it is. Reception, carparks and gardens are similar so it’s obviously run by some experienced OCD peeps! I did the short walk to town for drinks and dinner so I cannot comment on the restaurant. Because I like to find something to improve I’ll say that the shower water pressure is far too low. It’s hot but I spent twice as long as usual just to wash off soap and shampoo. It’s kind of defeating any water saving efforts that are maybe in play. That’s it! I reckon this place is cleaner than any hospital in the South West! I’ll be back for sure and I hope the cleaning/maintenance staff get a really good Xmas bonus that they deserve 👍

Note in room saying there was no milk due to a shortage, handy to have been told that when checking in so we could have picked some up then

Sammi & Nola on the reception were very pleasant, professional and helpfully. The room was very nice, clean and lots of space, restaurant was good also good service. Would be an ideal place to stay and use as a base to visit places around Collie like to dam mural, Gnome Ville and Furgerson Valley wineries.

This property was ideal for hikers. Its close to the Bibbulmun track and we could get an early start with the key drop box facility.
